WxTV: Entertainment-Based Learning

With an almost instantaneous shift from weatherizing approximately 100,000 homes to more than 300,000 homes per year, the focus will be on production, rather than classroom hours.

Ramping up the green-collar workforce will require a new set of training methods—WxTV picks up where traditional training leaves off.
