frequency/duration of time that the program
takes?

must the program participants acquire?
4. Does your training
program include a certificate of any kind, or a
membership?
5. If you do issue a
certificate to participants, what criteria do you use, if
any, to decide who warrants them? Do all participants get a
certificate, or is there a test?
6. Again, if you offer a
certificate, please describe below the advantages you feel
participants gain by having the certificate.

your company for inclusion in the Training Guide List. Expect
to hear from us or to see your listing appear within three to
five weeks. Note--not all of
the information may be listed.
